1 rack ribs
(this recipe works for all types of ribs, including: pork baby back, spareribs, country style ribs, beef ribs, you get the idea)
1 tsp per pound of meat: Save the Day Strong A.R.M. seasoning.
Other Save the Day Seasonings recommended for this dish: Cajun, Alvi’s Incredible, Mexican, Super Strong A.R.M. (Spicy), Jamaican
Trim excess fat off ribs.
Rub with Strong A.R.M. seasoning.
Put in an appropriately-sized glass baking pan (feel free to cut the ribs to fit the pan).
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 300 degrees for 3 ½ to 4 hours.
Remove from oven and increase temperature to 450.
Sprinkle with more Strong A.R.M. or add your favorite barbecue sauce.
Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
