Ingredients
  1. 1 chicken breast (it shouldn’t be too thick. I like mine about ½” thick. It’s also better for some people to slice the breast after grilling to fit better on the bun)
  2. 1 hoagie roll
  3. 4 slices avocado (an optional ingredient really)
  4. 1 Tbs mayo mixed with ½ tsp Alvi’s Incredible seasoning. Other Save the Day Seasonings recommended for this dish: Strong A.R.M. , Cajun, Indian, Mexican, Italian
  5. Lettuce, tomato, onion, and/or other vegetables you like on sandwiches
  6. Cheese (optional)
Instructions
  1. Season the chicken breast with 1-2 tsp Alvi’s Incredible seasoning. Grill or saute the chicken breast until cooked through, about 6-8 minutes on medium-high heat. Add cheese and melt it if desired. Grill or warm up the hoagie, or leave it cold if you prefer. Spread bread with mayo and add chicken, avocado, and condiments.
